Return and exchange policy :-* Exchange or return is allowed within 48 hours from the date of receipt .* The customer is responsible for the measurements sent, and any difference up to 1 inch is natural and does not affect the measurements .* The item must be in its original condition, unused, without washing, and with the tag .* Return or exchange does not include modified items (such as tightening, cutting, or any modification approved according to the customer's request) as they are considered custom-made .* In case of a manufacturing defect, contact will be made within 24 hours of receipt with illustrative photos attached .* The shipping cost for exchange or return is on the customer .* The amount will be refunded within 3–7 working days after receiving and inspecting the item, and it will be through the same payment method.* Installment payment (Tamara or Tabi): for orders paid through installment services, the order cannot be canceled or returned after confirmation.
